Code and runs

Route	What it does
PUT /versions/:id/code	Where a code draft's generator is: { repoUrl, ref, path }
POST /versions/:id/code/sync	Fetch it: resolves the ref to a commit, stores the code and the manifest
POST /versions/:id/runs	Run it: { params?, force? }. The same parameters on the same commit return the existing run, unless force
GET /versions/:id/runs	The runs of a draft or version
GET /runs/:id	A run with its job and the documents it made

Generated documents carry where they came from in GET /documents/:id: the generator, its version, the run and its parameters.
