Generators

A code document's tabs:

TabWhat's in it
ExecuteThe generator's parameters as a form, and Execute
RunsEvery run: its parameters, its state and log, and the documents it made
CodeWhere the code is: repository, ref (branch, tag or commit), directory. Save, then Sync
FilesThe snapshot of the code and its manifest
HistoryVersions and revisions, as for any document

Sync resolves the ref to a commit and takes a copy of the code. The note under the form says which commit. Change the ref, or push new commits, and sync again. Releasing the code document freezes its commit.

Execute checks the values, then runs the generator on a worker. Running the same parameters again on the same commit returns the run that's already there. Errors the generator raises itself show up in the run, word for word.
